Custom stuff usually takes a bit longer to process before shipping. I'd add a few extra days on top of their regular shipping times, just to be safe.

My custom patch took about a week to make before it even shipped. Regular items are faster, but for custom, plan on some lead time.

I think Army Artists is pretty comparable to Grunt Style for hoodies, maybe slightly softer fabric. Sizing is similar.

I've got stuff from both. Army Artists feels a bit more specialized in custom unit designs, while Grunt Style is more general patriotic. Quality-wise, both are decent, but I like AA's custom options more.

From what I remember, the fabric is pre-shrunk. Mine haven't shrunk much at all and the designs are still solid.
